Microsoft Outlook Synchronization
Face it, your sales, marketing and service professionals aren't going to use a CRM system unless it meshes with the rest of their day-to-day activities. That's why Oncontact Software designed its customer relationship management (CRM) application to provide bi-directional, real-time integration with Microsoft Outlook.Users can create new CRM accounts, contacts, activities and incidents directly from Outlook. Users can also have the information automatically synchronized between Oncontact's CRM application and Outlook.
Sending an email from CRM using Microsoft Outlook is a one-step action because Outlook is the built-in email client. When a user sends an email from Oncontact's CRM system, the message is accessible in the CRM system and in the Outlook 'Sent Items' folder. Similarly, messages sent to a user's Outlook inbox are captured as activities in Oncontact's CRM application.
Users can create and execute personal email marketing campaigns in HTML right from Oncontact's CRM system. Users simply query CRM to determine the audience for the campaign then merge the data into an email message. When a user executes the campaign, the message is sent by default via Microsoft Outlook.
Outlook Sync is a huge bonus for CRM users who rely on Outlook.
