You use the results of the query to fax a reminder to the stragglers. You've customized CRM to automatically schedule your marketing coordinator a follow-up call for a day later any time a fax is sent to confirm receipt. The follow-up calls will appear on your marketing coordinator's to-do list and she'll know how to get the job done without instruction.
